Thank you for inquiring about Claremont Park Apartments!  We offer individual leases at $325-$335 per person for our three bedrooms apartments.  We offer roommate matching and boast some of the largest floor plans for student housing in the area.  Our three bedrooms are xxxx-xxxx sq. ft. and come equipped with full kitchens to include oven, fridge, microwave, garbage disposal and dishwasher.  The bedrooms are very large and there is plenty of closet space.  They also have a very nice breakfast bar that opens up the kitchen by giving it a great view of the living room.
 
Claremont Park Apartments are premiere student housing in the North Bottoms (4 blocks from Memorial Stadium). Claremont is a short walk to UNL's City Campus, about 15 minutes. We are also a 10 minute walk to the Campus Loop bus stop, going between City and East campus.

We are pet friendly! Claremont accepts pets less than 40 lbs, maximum two per apartment. Pet rent $30/month, plus a $100 one time pet fee and $100 refundable pet deposit. We allow non-aggressive pets only.
 
Our lease dates for the 16-17 school year begins on 8/6/16 thru 7/21/17.  Each person pays a $35 application fee and $200 deposit.  To secure an apartment you would only need to pay the application fee and half of your deposit now.  The other half is due April 1st.  That?s just $135 to reserve your apartment. We pay water and sewer up to $50 bi-monthly per household.  Our residents pay gas and electric. 
 
We offer Windstream?s Dish Top 120 cable channels, plus Wi-Fi already installed in your apartment for a discounted price of $35 per month per person! You do not share with your neighbors, and have secured internet access!
